CAMS provides homeowners with direct contact to their client services department at 910-256-2021 24 hours a day. This allows them to answer and resolve calls quickly, while maintaining records to insure that repetitive issues are properly addressed.

When communicating requests to CAMS for other than emergency situations the Request Form must be used. This form is included in your monthly newsletter or is available from here as a Printable Request Form.

...lawn not maintained properly
...fence in need of repair
...improper parking (overnight on street)
...street sign or mail box damaged
...to initiate approval of exterior architectual changes, including reroofing
...EV HOA dues, fines and assements collection
