EVHOA Request Form Options

IF YOU HAVE AN EMERGENCY SITUATION REQUIRING IMMEDIATE ATTENTION
TELEPHONE CAMS at 910-256-2021.
DO NOT USE THIS FORM.

Use a Request Form to CAMS, our EVHOA property manager, to

- ask for information,
-request approval from the Board for an architectural change to your home (including a change of exterior paint color or application of a new roof),
-request attention to landscaping problems,
-request permission to remove a front yard tree,
- request repairs to mailboxes or streets, report broken or missing street signs or
- report any EV problem.

The same form is used to file a complaint about a neighborhood problem, such as neighbors not observing the EV Covenants, By-Laws or Rules.

Please be specific with your maintenance or landscaping request: type of problem and  exact location.

Special Landscaping Service Requests will be held for review at the next monthly walk-through.

For Complaint reports, please give details including date, time, location.

 Architectural Approval Requests must be initially filed with CAMS, and if appropriate, accompanied by drawings and details. CAMS will log the Requests in and pass the Requests  to the Architectural Review Committee and EV Board for review and action.
